How does it work?

In our first step towards helping you become your own profitable event venue, we start by visiting with you at your property and establishing realistic goals. We will discuss all of the components of hosting a special event at the property, from accessible areas to those that are off limits, logistics, flow, historical talking points, fee schedule, and, of course, a myriad of event ideas. 

Next, we gather the materials we need to build our marketing strategy for your property and share and promote it with our network of the "best of the best" event professionals in the industry. This will assure you of the right amount of exposure to help you reach your goals.  

We handle everything for you, including all communication with prospective event clients.  As well, we'll handle the management and reservation of all events at the property including fielding all inquiries, conducting site tours, executing event agreements and being present on your property any time there is an event, and acting as an extension of you, so you don't have to worry about a thing. You choose to be involved as much or as little as you'd like. Our number one priority is to protect the integrity of your special place.
